My child is happy with it. Oh, and the price is right too, much cheaper than Britax which I also have for my other child. It's easy to install and gives him a bit of head support, but he can only sit in it for about an hour before his poor legs start hurting. He's a tall boy, so it's not that it doesn't fit him correctly. If we stick a sweater under his legs, it helps. I originally wanted to buy the Britax booster, and I regret not doing so. Booster seats with the car's seatbelt system should only be used for OLDER children. Even IF they meet the "minimum requirements" for the seat, that does not mean they should be in this seat. This seat is NOT the safest option for a 3 year old. Young toddlers and preschoolers should remain in a 5-point harness AS LONG AS POSSIBLE. With options like the Graco Nautilus you can keep your child in a 5-point harness up to age 5-6 or beyond!The TurboBooster is our 5.5 year old's favorite due to the pink fabric options and combined with it's safety ratings makes it our choice. She is very excited to move into a big kid seat so she will receive this seat as a Christmas gift and move into it when she turns 6 years old. |
